Kingsley Coach Announces Hiring of Director of Production

    MIDDLEBURG, Pa.--Nov. 02, 2000--The Kingsley Coach, Inc. (OTC-BB:KNGS) announced today that it has hired Steve Allen to be its Director of Production.
    "Mr. Allen will be responsible for all aspects of the Company's vehicle production, to include managing and scheduling the manufacturing of all Kingsley Coach products out of the Middleburg, Pennsylvania facility," stated Terry Watkins, Kingsley's Chief Executive Officer.
    "With this hiring, we have filled a vital need. It was essential that we find the right person to take control of manufacturing operations. Steve is that person. Like every other key employee at Kingsley, Steve believes implicitly in the product's integrity and potential, and he understands how to manage efficient production with a constant emphasis on quality control."
    Mr. Allen's extensive background in production and transportation includes managing several manufacturing and transportation entities. Nearly thirty years ago, he started as a driver for a successful bus company in Minnesota, eventually working his way up to sales manager position and then to Production Manager.
    He was the production and maintenance director, as well as a marketing director, for two Canada-based transportation companies. Most recently, he owned and operated a window installation company for three years. Mr. Allen also has experience in the recreational vehicle industry, both in sales and manufacturing.
    Mr. Allen is excited about joining Kingsley, stating, "This is one fantastic company. I believe I can help fill a management void and improve Kingsley's method and rate of production. I can't imagine a better job than building these incredible vehicles."
    Mr. Watkins stated, "As we begin to ramp up production, Steve's hiring represents an important step. Effective production management is essential for realization of our vision for continued growth. It is the lynch-pin to the future. With Steve giving the Company a firm grasp on production management, our marketing strategy can be built and executed on a firm foundation." ¶ Mr. Watkins added. "Steve is one more important building block in Kingsley's production and marketing programs."
